Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused hair extensions within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at Ask@firstclasshair.shop

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Approved exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
